Whooping Cough Vaccine

A new state law requires that all students in grades 7 - 12 get a "Whooping cough" booster shot, called a Tdap vaccine, before entering school in August 2011.  If your student has not received this vaccination, please contact the Salud Para La Gente Site Based Clinic at Pajaro Valley High School at 728-8102 ex 3682, or call Salud Para La Gente directly at 728-0222, to make an appointment for a Tdap vaccine.

Proof of Tdap will be accepted by the school office over the summer.  A Tdap form can be found on the link at the top of this page for your use.

 
 
 
 

Vacuna de la Tos Ferina

Una nueva ley estatal requirere que todos los estudiantes que ingresen a los grados 7-12 reciban la vacuna de refuerzo contra la tosferina llamada Tdap antes de comenzar la esquela en agosto del 2011.   Si su estudiante no a recibido esta vacun, por favor llame a Sulud Para La Gente hubicada en el plantel escolar de Pajaor Valley al 728-8102 ex 3682, o llame a la linea directa de Salud Para La Gente 728-0222 y haga la cita para la vacuna Tdap.

Prueva de la vacuna Tdap sera a ceptada en la oficina durante el verano.  La Tdap forma a sido añadida para su uso.
