Title: Science Lab Tech Course #: 5980 Credits: 10

This elective class gives hands-on training in lab and technical skills needed in the workplace. Under close teacher supervision, students will work in the Science Dept. labs; doing lab prep., inventory, equipment repair, safety demonstrations, ongoing projects, and training of others. This will be a real workplace environment with records of attendance, skills certified in a portfolio, and evaluation all keyed to each student individually.
